Minha opinião: Eu não esperava ler esse livro, foi bastante por acaso que cheguei até ele, mas assim que o vi eu sabia que deveria lê-lo. Eu Escolhi Esperar é um livro que te edifica, te ensina, te faz crescer demais.  E diferente do que muitos acham, ele pode ser lido independente da sua religião. Tudo que é falado no mesmo tem embasamento bíblico, não é pura pregação de religião A ou B, o que faz dele um livro ainda mais interessante.

Com uma linguagem fácil, poucas páginas e muito ensinamento, Eu Escolhi Esperar é um ótimo livro pra você ler em uma tarde de domingo, porque embora eu tenha lido em dois dias, ele dá pra ser lido facilmente em um dia, ou em poucas horas.

Esses dias eu estava pensando em amores que vem, amores que vão e mais especificamente nos meus amores, que não foram tantos, na verdade, só foi um. Fiquei pensando em o que se faz de errado durante o percurso para que o amor não dê certo, mas foi aí que eu vi que sempre deu certo, talvez não da maneira que eu queria, mas sempre deu.

Meu amor deu certo desde o momento que ele se tornou amor. Você já viu algo de ruim em amar? Amar não dá errado, o que pode dá errado é a reciprocidade, é o relacionamento, mas não o amor.

Amar, para mim, deu certo logo que eu percebi que esse verbo não ficou só no passado, tem no hoje também, teve em mim. E pensem em uma garota complicada, cheia de amarras, defeitos e traumas, essa garota sou eu, mas ainda assim, amar deu certo.

Falo que foi um acerto porque o amor me mudou, me fez ver outras coisas que eu jamais veria antes. E olhe que ele não me iludiu, sempre fui uma amante pé no chão. O amor jamais me deixou iludida, ele só me mostrou verdades, vontades.

Então, mesmo sem beijos, sem encontros, só com vontade e desejos, esse amor deu certo. Por que amar não é ser amado, é sentir. E eu senti meus caros, eu amei. E esse amor deu certo.
